Scheduling Terms & Payment


Papago's requires a 10% deposit to secure the event date. This deposit is non-refundable. The minimum guaranteed head count is due seven days prior to the event and an additional 40% payment is due at this time.

Cancellations within 48-hours are subject to the full cost of the event. The remaining balance is due at the start of the event.

Papago's accepts all major credit cards, business checks and cash.


Inclusive Incidentals
There are no hidden fees in our pricing. Required catering equipment, liability insurance, required permits and licenses and unlimited communications with our team are included.
